The problem my team and I hope to tackle is sexual violence on campus; more importantly, what the University can do to not only limit the amount of instances but to also create a safe environment for victims to come forward. We plan on interviewing the Title IX coordinator to gain knowledge on how assault is handled on campus, the resources offered and ways to reduce stigma. Sexual violence is an important issue everywhere in the nation, and it is our hope that UC can undertake the problem effectively.
